5. Validity Period of Consent and Procedure for Its Withdrawal
5.1. This Consent is effective from the moment it is provided (by checking a box, filling out a form, or submitting a request) until the purposes of processing are achieved or until I withdraw it.
5.2. I am aware that I can withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a written notice to the Operator’s email address: worldcdek@gmail.com or to the postal address: Kazan, st. Dekabristov, 133, BC «Tyubeteyka».
5.3. After receiving the notice of withdrawal of consent, the Operator must stop processing my personal data and destroy it within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) business days, except in cases where further processing is necessary to comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.4. I understand that the withdrawal of consent may result in the impossibility of further provision of services by the Operator.
